State Oversight and Accreditations

OSF Home Health, Hospice, Home Infusion Pharmacy and Home Medical Equipment are regulated by the Illinois Department of Public Health to ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care. This oversight means our programs must meet strict standards for training, patient safety and quality outcomes. 

OSF Home Medical Equipment and OSF Home Infusion Pharmacy are also accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). 

Accreditation is a process by which health care organizations demonstrate compliance with national standards. ACHC accreditation demonstrates an organization’s dedication to meeting standards that promote higher levels of performance and patient care.
