REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a secure, web-based application developed by Vanderbilt University and used by over 7,000 institutions worldwide. As OSF HealthCare, REDCap is managed by the Research Applications Team under the OSF Research Administration.

How to Get Started

To access the OSF REDCap system, Mission Partners must complete the following:

• CITI Research Training
• OSF REDCap Training via OSF Corporate University
• Optional: Attend a group workshop (available upon request)
• Submit the Account Request Form (allow for 72 hours for processing)

Required Forms

• Account Request Form – Request access after training
• Yearly Project Access Form – Annual project status update
• Project Closure Form – Close out completed projects
