You'll be cared for by a trusted, board-certified OSF OnCall provider. That means, whether online or in person, you receive the same high-quality care you've come to expect from OSF HealthCare.
What does a virtual visit cost? Is insurance accepted?
OSF OnCall Urgent Care virtual visits are easy and affordable. Online interviews are $30, and video visits are $60.
OSF OnCall Urgent Care virtual visits are self-pay and do not accept insurance.
What if I need a prescription?
Whether you have an online interview or video visit, if you need a prescription for your treatment, our providers will be able to send it to the pharmacy of your choice.
What if the provider decides I need to be seen in person?
As part of your treatment, if the virtual provider determines you should be seen in person, the cost of your online interview or video visit may be refunded.
