OSF Saint Katharine Hospital Lab Center
- Monday – Friday | 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
Town Square Centre, Suite 201
- Monday – Friday | 6:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday | 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Amboy Clinic
- Monday – Friday | 8:30 am – 3:00 pm | Walk-in only
Ashton Clinic
- Wednesday | 9:00 am – 3:00 pm | Walk-in only
Oregon Clinic
- Monday – Friday | 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (closed between 12:00 – 1:00 pm)
Polo Clinic
- Monday & Wednesday & Thursday | 8:15 am – 12:00 pm | By appointment only
