Gift Shop Team

On the Gift Shop team, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience. You’ll ring up customer purchases, stock and organize merchandise, keep the shop clean and inviting and help manage inventory.

Hospitality Ambassador

Hospitality ambassadors help create a welcoming, comforting experience for patients and visitors through personal, unhurried support. They serve as friendly guides by offering directions, answering questions and escorting individuals on foot or by wheelchair.

Volunteers may also support staff by visiting with patients, assisting with discharges or helping with small tasks throughout the hospital. Their support enhances the patient experience while allowing clinical teams to focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care.

Volunteer Requirements

  • Meet health requirements (immunizations and vaccinations)
  • Pass a background check
  • Have a desire to serve others with a listening ear and a loving, caring heart
  • Commit to three to four hours per week for a minimum of six months
