Jennifer Junis, MSN, RN, is president of OSF OnCall, the digital health arm of OSF HealthCare. A nurse with 25+ years of experience and former CNO and hospital president, she leads digital transformation, advancing virtual care, hospital-at-home and remote monitoring. She was named one of Becker’s 50 Chief Digital Officers to Know in 2025.

Kate leads growth, strategy and quality across On Demand Services. She established governance and safety frameworks, helped launch new urgent care sites and designed OSF CompleteCare 55+, a hybrid model for older adults. She has served OSF since 2004 in performance improvement and leadership roles across ambulatory and inpatient neuroscience care units.
Kate Barth, MSN — Chief Nursing Officer; VP, On Demand Services
Brandi oversees digital acute, outpatient and community services. She led the creation of the Digital Hospital delivering inpatient care at home and built remote patient monitoring programs supporting Medicaid populations. She has been with OSF since 2004 in multiple leadership roles including Performance Improvement and Business Development.
Brandi Clark, MS — Vice President, Digital Care
Stacy leads Ministry Operations Support for OSF OnCall, advancing operational performance, optimization and scalability of digital services. She previously served as director of Digital Optimization and Effectiveness, helping expand OSF OnCall as a technology platform and service provider. She is a registered health information administrator and certified project management professional.
Stacy Neill, MHA — Vice President, Ministry Operations Support
Melissa leads strategy, standardization and innovation for the digital patient experience at OSF OnCall. She built a centralized approach to scheduling, prior authorizations and navigation, and leads the digital front door and patient outreach strategy to drive a consistent, personalized experience. She previously held hospital operations leadership roles beginning in 2009.
Melissa Shipp, MBA — Vice President, Digital Experience
Dr. Moots leads clinical strategy for OSF OnCall, advancing digital care delivery and provider engagement. He helped launch the Virtual Hospitalist program, now supporting seven OSF facilities year-round, and the OSF OnCall Digital Hospital in Peoria. He also drives quality improvement initiatives. He trained at the University of Illinois and OSF HealthCare and continues clinical and teaching work.
