Security

There are multiple security systems in place to ensure your safety and security, including an in-house security department, which provides many services for patients and visitors 24 hours a day.

Some of these services include:Security Guard

  • Lost and found
  • Escort services to vehicles in parking lots
  • Vehicle assistance

You can call Security at (309) 655-2131 for any of the services listed above, or complete the form below to report a lost item.

We encourage you not to bring valuable items to the hospital if you require an overnight stay. If you are unable to do that or choose to keep them with you, tell your nurse so these items can be secured.

Lost and Found Report Form

Patients, visitors and Mission Partners may use the form below to report lost belongings. Once submitted, your report will be sent directly to the OSF Security team. The team will contact you after you submit the form.
